As a parent, or guardian, or caregiver, you may find yourself overwhelmed by the mental health crisis your child or children are facing. BASE is here to help! With our parent and guardian program, you’ll be able to find companion modules in BASE to support you as you support your child.

How Our Program Helps

Parent and Guardian Centered

As adults, it's not always easy to relate to teenagers. The parent/guardian BASE modules give you the language you need to relate to better connect with your teen and learn what life is like from their perspective. The modules are written to help you better understand what your student may be going through.

Easily Accessible

It's easy to access and navigate BASE! You'll be able to quickly sign in and view the parent modules available to you. With a wide variety of module topics, you'll be able to review modules that are relevant to you and your family.

Mirrors Student Modules

In an effort to provide as much support as possible, BASE offers parent and guardian modules that mirror the content your student is learning. Through these modules, we hope to keep you aware of the information your student has learned and to give you insight into their lives so that you can better connect with them.
All of Our Modules are CASEL Approved & Evidence-Based
The Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning (CASEL) has been reviewing evidence-based SEL programs since 2003. BASE Education meets CASEL’s SEL-related designation and is included in the CASEL Guide to Effective Social and Emotional Learning Programs as an innovative program on educational practice that is aligned with social and emotional learning and can contribute to systemic SEL implementation at the school or district level.
